All our clients receive access to PRAXTON HR to manage their organisational needs. PRAXTON HR implements RBAC and tenant isolation, TLS and encryption-at-rest, audit logging and least-privilege access, and includes GDPR features like data minimisation, subject-access request workflows, and configurable retention/deletion policies.
